when you sign up, you all automatically have access to my private Facebook group where you can interact with my private community of other fellow clients, download my customized resources, and make use of my daily challenges, tips, and recipes! 


Initial Assessment/Consultation – in-person or skype/facetime (60 mins)

  • Upon booking, you will be sent a PAR-Q and Lifestyle Assessment Form to complete and return or bring to our consultation.
  • We will go over your current lifestyle, goals, medical conditions, current diet and physical activity situation etc.
  • We will determine which service/package/some combination of the BELOW, is suitable for you. You will leave with and abundance of information specific to YOU on how you can begin your journey to health and fitness.
  • No obligation other than $20 for the initial hour consultation.
  • Measurements and body fat may be measured depending on if we start within a reasonable time, otherwise, measurements will be taken at the start of the first program session the ensure accuracy

12 – Week Small Group Yoga Classes in Cornell Markham Home Studio (10 people max):

Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:15pm: Mixed level vinyasa/hatha (with lots of options) (60 minutes)

Classes are small, with individual attention, soothing tunes, includes massage and touch, and use high quality essential oils for those who are comfortable with it.

Classes can be challenging with lots of options. Some yoga/movement/martial arts/sports experience is recommended (even if it’s just one class that you’ve done 10 years ago, that is fine). For those who are brand new to yoga, please contact me to discuss your needs/goals and if the class is the right fit for you. I want everyone to get the most out of their experience and to see and feel progress and change

  • 1st class is free if there is space
  • $100 for 1x per week
  • $200 for 2x per week
There will be no make-up classes, no refunds, and terms are not negotiable. Classes WILL be made up  if I am unable to teach because of travel or emergencies etc. There will be communication via our private FB group and whatsapp. Please be comfortable with this before registering. I am only accepting 10 students each round and will start a waiting list once I have 10 until all are paid and confirmed. This ensures consistency with the class, progress, and fairness for everyone who joins. Thank you for understanding.

Personal Training*:  1-on-1 private client sessions incorporating one or more of the following:

  • Pre/post natal
  • fat loss
  • strength training
  • muscle buildingimageimage
  • flexibility/mobility/yoga
  • cardiovascular endurance
  • recovery from injuries or illness

*includes holistic nutritional guidance and/or menu plans

Small Group Training: Groups of 2-4 team sessions, additional $20 per person added per hour session.

Yoga*: 1-on-1 or semi-private up to 3 students focusing on one or more of the following:image

  • power flows
  • pranayama (breathing)
  • hatha/vinyasa
  • yin/restorative
  • recovery from injuries or illness

This is a great segway into a group class setting especially if you are brand new to yoga. You will learn proper breathing techniques, alignment, form, build strength, names of yoga poses, etc.

Thai Yoga Massage:

Thai massage incorporates many different soft tissue manipulation techniques (massage, fascial release, chopping, and many more) with assisted stretches and meditation in order to achieve a deep state of relaxation.

  • 60 mins – $80
  • 90 mins – $110
  • 120 mins – $130
*In order to ensure quality service and sufficient time, session must be paid for before booking, 24 hour cancellation enforced or session will be forfeited, no exceptions.

Holistic Nutritional Counseling: 4 Week Holistic Weight Managament Program + 4 nutrition counselling sessions (vegetarian and vegan options available)
