This post will get you on the correct path to stronger, leaner arms and abdominals. I will show you how to properly execute upward facing dog or urdva mukha svanasana and downward facing dog or adho mukha svanasana
Your abs, triceps, back, inner thighs, glutes – all these muscles are being worked in the above postures
Exhale into downward dog and hold for 3-5 belly breaths
Inhale into upward facing dog and hold for the same amount of time
