This past weekend, my Instagram dreams came true hahahaha – lame, but really, IG changed my life and I wouldn’t have quit my job and be where I am today if I never connected with amazing people on this little social media app.
I had been chatting with Laura for months and finally was able to coordinate a weekend for her and her hubby @acroeddie to come up to host a workshop! I helped host the workshop at Myodetox Performance with the first IG yogi that I’ve ever followed @laurasykora 3 years ago. Thank you to theMyodetox team and Myodetox Performance for helping us host!
We also got to meet and play with Acro Buddhas!
I am also thankful for my own yoga students for joining in and sharing this amazing experience with me!
On saturday night, the yoga pants came off and we celebrated xmas with an incredible Myodetox 2015 Holiday Party at the facility. Thank you to our friends and clients who came to support!
